What happens after I call?
A licensed plumber answers, asks what's going on, and tells you what to do immediately. A van heads your way straight after.
What counts as a plumbing emergency?
Rising water, no water at all, a gas smell or a fault that's clearly getting worse. Anything else usually holds for a booking.
